Find and add trusted helpers in your circle

Trusted helpers is your circle's shared list of the people neighbors actually use: the maid, the plumber, the ironing man, the milkman. Anyone in the circle can add someone, and others can say they use them too.

Find a helper

1. Open Trusted helpers

   Open the circle's Board and tap Trusted helpers.

2. Filter by service

   Pick a service, such as plumber or maid, to narrow the list. Each card shows what they do and how many neighbors use them.

3. Call

   Tap Call. Some helpers have more than one number.

Add a helper

1. Tap Add a helper

   On the website, tap Add.

2. Fill in the details

   Their Name, What they do, and their phone number. You can add a note, such as when they come or which languages they speak.

3. Link a business if they have one

   If they're a business on Zinola, search for it under Is it a business on Zinola? Otherwise tap Not a business.

4. Tap Add helper

   They're on the list for everyone in the circle. If someone already added them, your recommendation is added to theirs.

Vouch for a helper

If you use someone already on the list, tap I use them too. The count on their card goes up, which helps neighbors choose. Tap it again to take it back.

Change or remove a helper

Only the person who added a helper, or an admin, can edit or remove them. Tap Remove and confirm. They come off this circle's list; nothing else changes.

Something's not right

If you have a problem with a helper, tap Raise a concern. It goes privately to the circle's admins. Only admins see these. Nothing shows on the card.

If you're listed and don't want to be, tap Are you listed here? and then Ask to be removed.
