Ways to invite
Share the link
Tap Share or copy, or Share on WhatsApp to paste it straight into your building's WhatsApp group.Show the QR code
Show it at a meeting, or tap Show full screen. You can Save image or Share image to print it for the notice board. Scanning it opens the same invitation as the link.Give the code
The circle's code looks like K7QX-48PT and shows next to the circle's address at the top of Manage circle. People type it under Join with a code. It's easy to read out or write on a notice.Invite people on Zinola
Under PEOPLE ON ZINOLA, search for a neighbor by name and tap Invite. They get an invitation and join when they say yes.
What happens when people use the link
Depending on how the circle is set up, people who use the link either join straight away or wait for an admin to let them in. The invitation tells them which before they tap. Admins choose this with Invite link skips approval. See Change who can join.
A code always lets people find the circle, but a closed or invite-only circle still asks them to wait for approval.
Invite someone into one group
Inside a group, open its settings and tap Invite to this group. The link and QR code bring people into the circle and straight into that group. If the circle needs approval, they wait first and then land in the group.
When members invite
If the admins switch on Members can invite others, members can invite too, but those invitations still need an admin's approval.
