Report a power cut and set timing reminders

Alert & Timing tells your whole circle when something goes out, like power or water, and reminds you when regular things come, like the water tanker or the garbage van. It's on the Board of apartment and neighborhood circles.

Report an outage

1. Open Alert & Timing

   Open the circle's Board and tap Alert & Timing.

2. Tap + Report

   On the website, tap Report an outage.

3. Choose what's wrong

   Power cut, No water, Gas problem, Lift not working, Internet down, Road blocked or Something's wrong.

4. Say where and add details

   For example “Block B, 3rd floor” and “Since 7 pm, the main switch tripped”.

5. Tap Tell everyone

   Everyone in the circle is told.

If someone already reported the same thing, you'll see Someone already reported this. We added you to it.

Me too

Outages on now show under Happening now. If it affects you too, tap Me too. The card counts how many neighbors have it.

It's back

When it's fixed, tap It's back and then Yes, it's back. Everyone who had it is told. The person who reported it, anyone who said Me too, or an admin can mark it back. Fixed outages show under Fixed this week.

Regular timings

Admins can add things that come on a schedule: Water tanker, Garbage van, Milk or Other, with the days and time. Each one shows when it comes Next.

To get a reminder, tap Remind me on a timing. Depending on how the admin set it up, you're reminded when it comes or a few minutes before. Tap again to turn your reminders off.

Admins add timings with + Add a timing, and can pause one by turning off Send reminders.
