Book the clubhouse or another shared space

In an apartment circle, Book a space lets residents book shared spaces like the clubhouse, the party hall or guest parking, so everyone can see what's free and nobody double-books.

Before you book

Bookings are one per home, so you need your door number in the circle. If you haven't added it, you'll see Add your door number to book a space. Tap Add door number. See Join questions and your door number.

Book a space

1. Open Book a space

   Open the circle's Board and tap Book a space. Each space shows its hours, its slot length and whether it's Booked instantly or An admin approves.

2. Pick a day

   Days the space is closed say so. You can only book as far ahead as the admins allow.

3. Pick a time

   Slots show as Free, Yours, Waiting or booked by another door. Some spaces are booked for the Whole day.

4. Check the fee and rules

   Any fee or rules for the space show before you confirm. You can add a note for the admin.

5. Tap Book it or Send request

   Book it confirms it straight away. Send request waits for an admin, and you'll hear when they decide.

Your bookings

Find them under My bookings, each marked Waiting, Confirmed, Declined or Canceled.

• One at a time. Your home can hold one upcoming booking per space. To book another time, cancel the first.
• Cancel a booking you no longer need. The time opens up for others.
• If an admin removes a space, its upcoming bookings are canceled and the homes are told.

Paying a fee

Zinola doesn't take payment for bookings. If a space has a fee, it says how to pay, for example “₹500, pay at the office”.

For admins

Admins add spaces with + Add space and set the slot length, opening hours and days, how far ahead people can book, whether each booking needs approval, and any fee or rules. Booking requests wait under Waiting for you, with Approve and Decline. The home is told either way.
