A circle can have written house rules, such as “Be kind to each other” or “No selling in General”. If it does, you agree to them when you join, and again whenever they change.
Reading the rules
The rules are on the circle's Board, on the Circle rules tile. It says What everyone here agreed to, and shows when the rules were last updated.
Agreeing when you join
When the rules change
When an admin changes the rules, everyone is asked to agree again. The Circle rules tile says The rules changed. Please read them.
Open Circle rules
Tap the tile on the circle's Board.Read them
The newest version is shown. If the rules change again while you read, you'll see the latest.Tap I agree
You'll see that you're all set, and you can post again.
Until you agree, you can keep reading the circle but you can't post in it. On the website, Later closes the notice for now.
Who writes the rules
The circle's admins write them, up to 3000 characters, and tap Save rules. If a circle has no rules, the tile doesn't show for members. See Roles and handing over a circle for who the admins are.
Circle rules sit on top of Zinola's own Community Guidelines, which apply everywhere.
