The Help desk is where residents report things in the building that need fixing, like a stuck lift or a leaking tank, and follow them until they're sorted. It's on the Board of apartment circles, for members only.
Report an issue
Open the Help desk
Open the circle's Board and tap Help desk. The tile shows how many issues are open.Tap Report an issue
Write What's wrong, for example “Lift in block C is stuck on the 4th floor”.Pick what it's about
Choose Lift, Water, Power, Security, Cleaning, Parking or Other.Add details and photos
Both are optional. Say since when and where exactly, and tap Add photos if a picture helps.Tap Report it
The admins are told straight away.
Already reported? Say “Me too”
Before reporting, check the Open list. If your problem is already there, tap Me too instead. The card shows how many neighbors have it too, which helps the admins see what matters most. You can't say “Me too” on your own report.
Follow an issue
Every issue has a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Reported, not picked up yet |
| In progress | The admins are working on it |
| Resolved | Fixed |
Open an issue to see its UPDATES: each status change and any notes. The person who reported it and the admins can tap Add note to add information. Only admins can change the status; members see Only admins can change where it stands.
Use Open and Resolved at the top to switch between issues still being worked on and ones already fixed.
Help desk or Alert & Timing?
- Use the Help desk for something that needs someone to fix it, like a broken lift light or a blocked drain.
- Use Alert & Timing to tell everyone that the power or water is out right now. See Alerts and timings.
