Posting
- Ask your neighbors a questionPost a question to people in and around your area, get notified when they answer, and mark the reply that sorted it.
- Recommend a business or personTell neighbors about someone who did good work. Tag the business with @ so your recommendation shows on its page.
- Ask for help with a requestPost a request for a job or a thing you need. Neighbors reply with I can help or a recommendation; the website asks when you need it.
- Write a general postShare news, a warning or anything else with your street. The five post types, what each one is for, and the limits.

- Tag people and businesses with @Type @ to tag up to 5 people and 3 businesses in a post. Tagged people are notified; tagged businesses show the post.
- Save a post as a draftLeave a post half-written and keep it. App drafts stay on your phone, one per place you post; website drafts stay in your browser.
- Edit or delete a post or replyEdit your own posts and replies at any time from the ⋯ menu, or delete them. Deleting a post removes all its replies too.
Replying
- Reply, recommend or offer help on a postAnswer a neighbor's post with a reply, a recommendation or I can help. How each kind looks, and how to reply to a reply.
- Mark “This helped” and say thanksOnly the asker can mark the reply that sorted it, which shows the post as Solved, and thank a reply once, for good.
- Follow a post or stop its notificationsYou follow a post when you reply, tap Me too or shout it out. Turn its notifications off, or follow without replying in the app.
- Reply rules and limitsReplies take up to 4,000 characters and 10 photos, nest one level, and allow 3 recommendations each. What you can't do on your own post.
