Updated

A business page brings together everything neighbors need before they call: who runs it, what neighbors said, photos of the work, and how to get in touch.

The top of the page

  • Name, trade and area, with the star rating and how many reviews it has.
  • A verified tick if we've checked the business and it belongs to the person who runs the page. If nobody has claimed it yet, you'll see Unclaimed instead.
  • Followers: how many neighbors follow it.
  • Buttons to follow, save, share, review and get in touch. What you see depends on whether the business has been claimed. See Call, WhatsApp or get directions.

The sections

  • Stories are reviews from neighbors who used the business. See What a story is.
  • Photos include the business's own photos and photos neighbors added to their reviews.
  • Listings show what the business is selling on the marketplace.

WHAT WE CHECKED

If you run it

If you manage the business, you'll see Manage instead of the review button. Full editing happens in Zinola for Business. See Your business pages.

Common questions

What does the verified tick on a Zinola business mean?
It means we've checked the business, and that it belongs to the person who runs its page. It's not about any single review.
Who adds the photos on a business page?
Both the business and its customers. The business uploads its own photos, and neighbors can add photos to their reviews.
Why does a business page say Unclaimed?
A neighbor added it, and the owner hasn't claimed it yet. Its details may be incomplete, and nobody is there to answer messages.
