Open the business page
Find it in the directory, in search or from a post.Tap Follow
The button changes to Following.To stop following, tap Following
It changes back to Follow.
See who you follow
Who can see that you follow
Following a business is public. The business's page shows how many neighbors follow it, and the follower list shows who they are. The business can see its followers too.
Following vs saving
- Follow when you want to hear from a business over time.
- Save when you want to find a business again later without following it. Saved businesses sit with your other saved things. See Save posts, stories and businesses.

What happens when I follow a business on Zinola?
The button changes to Following, and the business's new work shows up in your updates. You're added to its public list of followers.
Can a business see who follows it?
Yes. The follower list is public on the business page, so the business and anyone else can see it.
How do I unfollow a business?
Tap Following on its page. In the app you can also go to your photo › Businesses you follow and tap Unfollow.
