Manage your businesses in the Zinola app
You › My businesses lists what you own or help run. Read enquiries, change the name, logo or banner, and see claims being checked.

In the app, My businesses lists the businesses you own or help run, and any claim still being checked. It's a quick way to see new enquiries and make small changes on your phone.
Open You
Tap your photo at the top right of any tab.Tap My businesses
It's under BUSINESS. It only appears once you own or help run a business, or have sent a claim.Pick a business
Tap Manage to open its small console, or View page to see it as neighbors do.
What the labels mean
- BEING CHECKED: your claim is with our team. We'll call you before it's yours.
- ✓ Verified: your claim was approved and the business is verified.
- You help run this: someone else owns it, and you're on the team.
- Draft: the page isn't live yet.
Each row also shows new enquiries, review count and how much of the setup is done.
What you can do from Manage
- Enquiries: read what people asked, then Reply, Call or WhatsApp them.
- Settings: change the name, the logo (profile picture) and the banner. The logo looks best square, 800 × 800 pixels, and the banner landscape, 1920 × 1080. See Photo sizes that look best.
For everything else, such as hours, services, photos, leads and your team, use Zinola for Business at business.zinola.in or in the business app. See Your business pages.
Other business rows under You
- Business enquiries: the questions you've sent to other businesses, and their replies.
- Enquiries to your business: what people asked the businesses you run. It only appears if you run one.
- Businesses you follow: tap Unfollow to stop following one. See Follow a business.
To add another business, tap Add. See Add a business to Zinola.
Common questions
Where do I manage my business in the Zinola app?
Tap your photo › My businesses, then Manage. For full editing, use Zinola for Business at business.zinola.in or the business app.
Why don't I see My businesses in the app?
It only appears once you own or help run a business, or have a claim being checked. Claim your business first.
What does BEING CHECKED mean on my business?
Your claim is with our team. We'll call you to check before the business is yours.
