What does “Tell them I am interested” do?
On an unclaimed business, tell our team you're interested so we can try to reach them, or ask your street instead.
- In the app
- On zinola.in
Updated
On a business nobody has claimed yet, there's no one on Zinola to answer a message. Instead you can tap Tell them I am interested, and our team will try to pass your interest on.
Open the unclaimed business
Its page says Unclaimed, and on the website you'll see “Nobody runs this page yet”.Add a note (optional)
On the website, write what you need in the box. You can tap one of the suggestions.Tap Tell them I am interested
The button changes to Interest sent.
What happens next
We pass the business on to our team, who may try to get in touch with them. They may not reply to you. If they do get in touch, we'll tell you.
You can only ask once per business. If you try again, you'll see that it's already with our team.
Ask your street instead
Often the quickest help is a neighbor who has used them. On an unclaimed page, Ask your street is the main button on the website. In the app, it's in the ⋯ menu. It starts a post asking neighbors what they thought.
On a claimed page, the same option appears as Used them before? Ask your street what they thought.
See Ask your neighbors a question.
If it's your business
If this is your business, claim it. Then you can answer enquiries, reply to reviews and keep the details right. See Claim your business.
