After you send a claim, you can see where it's up to on the business's page, and in your profile on the website. We also send you a notification when the status changes.
Where to check
What each status means
Claim received
We have your claim and are checking it. Our team will call you and may ask for proof that you run the business. This usually takes 2 to 3 working days. Keep proof ready, such as a GST certificate, shop license, utility bill or a photo of your signboard.
We need a little more
Our team needs more before they can verify you. Check your notifications to see what they need.
Open the business page on the website
The banner says We need a little more.Tap Update claim
Add the details or proof our team asked for.Send it again
Your claim goes back to our team.
Claim declined
We couldn't verify that you run the business from the details you gave. The reason, when there is one, is shown in your profile on the website. Email hello@zinola.in to reopen it.
Approved
The listing is yours and verified. On the website, tap Manage in the business app on your profile card. In the app, the business shows ✓ Verified under My businesses. See While we check your claim for what changes.
