Updated

If a business on Zinola is yours, claim it. Once it's approved, the listing gets the verified tick, and you manage its enquiries, leads and reviews. Claiming is free, whether you run a home kitchen or a big showroom.

  1. Open your business's page

    Find it in the directory or in search. If it isn't on Zinola, add it first.
  2. Tap Claim

    In the app, tap the Is this your business? card. On the website, tap Claim it on the banner.
  3. Tell us who you are

    Give your name and the phone number we should call. Add anything that helps us check, such as your role, GST number or website.
  4. Send it

    Tap Send the claim in the app or Send claim request on the website.

How we check

A person on our team calls you to check that you run the business. We may ask for proof, such as:

  • a GST certificate;
  • a shop license;
  • a utility bill;
  • a photo of your signboard.

Work from home? Photos of your work, your Instagram or WhatsApp business page, or a short verification call is enough.

It usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

After it's approved

The listing is yours, with the verified tick. You manage it in Zinola for Business, at business.zinola.in or in the business app, with the same Zinola login. There you can answer enquiries, reply to reviews, add photos and hours, and add your team.

Customer reviews always stay. Claiming a business doesn't let you remove reviews.

To follow your claim, see Check your claim's status. For the full guide, see Claim your business listing in the business help.
