Which contact buttons a business page shows in the app and on the website, and why unclaimed pages have no call button.

A claimed business page has buttons to call, message on WhatsApp or find the way there. Which ones you see depends on what the owner has added, and on whether you're using the app or the website.

Unclaimed businesses
An unclaimed page doesn't show call or WhatsApp buttons, because nobody has confirmed the number belongs to the business. You can still get directions, and you can use “Tell them I am interested”.

Common questions
Why is there no WhatsApp button on a business page?
The owner may not have added a WhatsApp number, or the business hasn't been claimed. In the app there's no WhatsApp button yet, so use Call or Ask for a quote.
How do I get directions to a business on Zinola?
In the app, tap Directions on the business page. On the website, use Open in Maps in the business's address details.
Why can't I call an unclaimed business?
Call buttons only appear once the business is claimed, so you know the number belongs to the people who run it.
