Your business pages: the home screen
What each page card shows, what “needs attention” means, and the 30-day totals across all your businesses.

Your business pages is the home screen of Zinola for Business. It lists every business you own or help run, with how each one is doing.
On the website
At the top, the line under the heading tells you how many listings you have and how many need attention. A page needs attention when it has reviews you haven't answered.
Each business has a card:
- Draft and Not in search, or Live. A live page also shows Verify pending or Verified, which tells you whether our team has checked the number on the listing.
- For a draft: how many things are left, and the first few missing items.
- For a live page: views and calls over the last 30 days, and your rating.
- Listing completeness, as a percentage.
- Finish setup (draft) or Open admin (live) opens the page in Zinola for Business. View page opens it on zinola.in in a new tab.
Below the cards, Across all pages, last 30 days adds up Page views, Call taps, WhatsApp and Saved by for all your businesses, with the change from the 30 days before.
The buttons Account settings and + Add a business page sit at the top. If someone has invited you to help run their page, the invite appears here too. See Accept an invitation to help run a page.
In the app
The app opens on Your pages. You'll see:
- Waiting on you, for invitations to help run a page.
- Last 30 days · all pages, with four totals.
- A card per page with LIVE or DRAFT, PENDING or VERIFIED, your rating, Page views, Call taps and how complete it is. If reviews are waiting, the card says how many to answer.
- Add another page at the bottom, and ACCOUNT and the bell at the top.
