Browse the marketplace

The marketplace shows what people near you are selling, giving away and offering: home kitchens, plants, furniture, tuition and more. Listings closest to your area come first.

1. Open the marketplace

   In the app, tap the Market tab. On the website, choose Marketplace in the header.

2. Search or pick a category

   Type in the search box, or tap a category. In the app, tap More for All categories.

3. Narrow it down

   Sort the list, filter it, or switch your area until you find what you want.

4. Open a listing

   Tap a card to see its photos, price, details, seller and public questions.

In the app

• Rails across the top: Nearest to you, Most liked this week, Offers ending soon and From your circles. Tap See all on any of them.
• All listings below, with a sort: Nearest, Newest, Most liked or Price.
• Filters: pick a CATEGORY, switch on Only from my circles or Ending soon, then tap Show listings. Clear all resets them.
• Switch between Show as a grid and Show as a list.

• Tap Change area to browse another part of town. See Set or change your area.

What a card tells you

The price (or Free, or Price on request), a Negotiable tag if the seller is open to offers, how far away it is, and how long it has left. Sold out means you can look but not enquire for now.

Listings shared only with circles show up only for members of those circles.

When something catches your eye, save it, ask a public question or enquire privately.
