Choose who sees your listing

You decide where your listing shows up: in chosen places on the marketplace, across all of India, or only inside your circles. You set this on the Who sees it screen.

1. Open Who sees it

   It's the screen after Price and timing when you create or edit a listing.

2. Pick places or circles

   Search for a state, city or area and add it. Or choose Only my circles and tick the circles you want.

3. Check the summary

   Before you publish, the review screen shows where it goes, such as “Marketplace · Anna Nagar” or “Circles · Green Park Residents”.

Places on the marketplace

Your current area is added for you. You can add up to 12 areas, 10 cities and 10 states. If you remove them all, the listing shows as Visible across India. Neighbors in the areas you pick see it first.

Your phone number is never shown on the listing, wherever it appears.

Only my circles

Choose Only my circles to keep a listing among people you know, like your apartment society or your street. Only members of the circles you tick can see it, in the marketplace and by link. You can pick up to 10 circles.

A circle listing also goes into the circle's chat as a card, so members can enquire straight from there. Use Post in to choose which group it goes to. See Sell inside a circle.

Changing it later

Open the listing from My ads (app) or My listings (website) and choose Edit. You can switch between places and circles at any time.
