What happens next
Our team reviews the report against the Community Guidelines. If enough people report the same review, it may be hidden while we check it. If it breaks the rules, it's removed. If it doesn't, it stays up.
Reporting is private. The writer doesn't find out who reported it.
What counts as a reason to report
- The review is about a different business, or isn't about a real experience.
- It contains abuse, threats or hate speech.
- It shares someone's private details, such as a phone number or home address.
- It's an advert or spam.
- The writer is pretending to be someone else.
A review you disagree with, or a low rating, isn't a reason to report on its own. Neighbors are allowed to say a job went badly.
If the review is about your business
Reply to it publicly instead of arguing in the comments. If you think it breaks the rules, report it as well. Nobody can pay to have a review removed. See If a review seems unfair in the business help.
Other options
You can also block the writer, so you don't see their content. See Block or unblock someone. For anything urgent, email hello@zinola.in.
