Who can see it's you
- Other people, including the business, see Someone near you instead of your name and photo.
- You see a note saying Posted anonymously. Only you can see it is yours.
- Zinola can see who wrote it, so we can act if a review breaks the rules.
The business isn't told who wrote it.
Changing your mind
You can switch it either way later. Open your review, choose Edit your review, turn Post anonymously on or off, and tap Save changes. See Edit a review or share a new experience.
Things that stay the same
An anonymous review still counts as your one review for that business. It counts towards the business's rating like any other. It also still has to follow the Community Guidelines. Being anonymous doesn't change what's allowed.
Comments you leave on stories always show your name. Only the review itself can be anonymous.
