Get or stop the weekly email

What's in Zinola's weekly round-up of your neighborhood, why it skips quiet weeks, and how to turn it off or back on.

Updated

The weekly email is a short round-up of what your neighborhood posted. It's on for every account with an email address, and it's only sent in weeks when there's something to say.

What's in it

Depending on the week, it can include:

  • new posts from your neighbors;
  • neighbors who need a hand, and questions still waiting for an answer;
  • new answers to your own questions;
  • new recommendations, upcoming events and new listings nearby;
  • how many notifications you haven't read yet.

It's based on the area you set. Nothing in it is paid for.

Turn it off or back on

  1. Open Settings on the website

    Open Settings from the menu under your photo, and scroll to the email switches.
  2. Switch “Email me my street's week”

    Turn it off to stop the weekly email, or on to get it back.
  3. Save

    Tap Save changes at the bottom of the page.

You can also stop it straight from the email. At the bottom of every weekly email there's Stop the weekly digest, which turns it off in one tap, and Email settings, which opens the same switches.
