Reminders and tips from your helper
What your helper's tips and reminders are, when they come, and how to switch each one on or off.

Your helper is the character that guides you around the app. It can send you two kinds of notifications, and each has its own switch.
The two kinds

On screen, the reminder switch shows your helper's name after Reminders from.
Open notification settings
In the app, tap your photo › Settings › Notifications.Find the helper switches
They're near the bottom, under the other groups. Push notifications must be on for them to show.Turn each one on or off
Your choice saves straight away.
Your helper may also ask you once whether it can remind you now and then. Tap Yes, remind me or Not now.
How reminders work
- They only come after you've been away for a few days. The gaps get longer the longer you stay away, and after about a month they stop.
- Opening Zinola starts the count again.
- They're never sent at night.
- Your helper sends at most one notification a day, across both kinds.
Reminders only buzz your phone. Tips also appear under the bell.

Common questions
Who is sending me reminders on Zinola?
Your helper, the character you picked in the app. It only sends reminders if you said yes, and you can turn them off in Settings › Notifications.
How do I stop helper reminders?
In the app, go to Settings › Notifications and turn off Reminders from your helper. Turn off Tips from your helper too if you want no helper notifications at all.
Will my helper wake me up at night?
No. Helper reminders are never sent at night.
