Reset your Zinola password

If you've forgotten your password, ask for a reset link from the sign-in screen. The link comes by email, opens on the Zinola website and works for 1 hour.

1. Tap Forgot your password?

   It's on the sign-in screen, in the app and on the website.

2. Enter your email

   Type the email address you joined with. In the app, tap Send the link.

3. Open the email

   Look for the email called Reset your Zinola password and tap Choose a new password.

4. Choose a new password

   On the page that opens, type a new password twice and tap Update password. It needs at least 8 characters.

5. Sign in again

   Go back to the app or the website and sign in with your new password.

If the link doesn't work

Reset links work once and stop working after 1 hour. If you see This reset link is not valid, the link has expired or was already used. Tap Request a new reset link and use the newest email.

If no email arrives:

• check your spam or promotions folder;
• make sure you typed the same address you joined with;
• wait a minute, then ask again.

For privacy, the website shows the same message whether or not an account exists for that address.

Joined with Google or Apple?

If you always use Continue with Google or the Apple button, you may never have set a password. Keep using that button to sign in. See Sign in and sign out.
