Sign in and sign out of Zinola

Sign in with your email and password, Google or Apple, how long you stay signed in, and where to sign out in the app and on the website.

  • In the app
  • On zinola.in

Updated

One Zinola account works everywhere: the app and zinola.in. Sign in with the same email and password, or the same Google or Apple button you used to join.

  1. Open the sign-in screen

In the app, the screen says Welcome back. On the website, go to zinola.in/login (opens in a new tab).
  2. Enter your email and password

Type the email you joined with and your password.
  3. Tap Sign in or Log in

The app's button says Sign in. The website's says Log in.

If you joined with Continue with Google, tap it again. If you joined with Apple on an iPhone, use the Apple button again.

How long you stay signed in

We keep you signed in on each device for 30 days, and every time you use Zinola the 30 days start again. So if you open the app now and then, you won't need to sign in again.

Sign out

Signing out on one device doesn't sign you out anywhere else.

Trouble signing in

If you run a business, the same account signs you in to Zinola for Business. See Sign in to Zinola for Business.

Common questions

Why does Zinola say “Sign in” in the app and “Log in” on the website?
They are the same thing. The app's button says Sign in and the website's says Log in, and both use the same account.
Can I see which devices are signed in to my Zinola account?
Not yet. There is no list of devices. Each device stays signed in for 30 days after you last used it.
Can I sign in to Zinola with my phone number?
Not at the moment. Sign in with your email and password, or with Google, or with Apple on an iPhone.
