Create your Zinola account

You can join Zinola in the app or on the website at zinola.in/join (opens in a new tab). All you need is an email address and a couple of minutes.

1. Enter your email

   In the app, tap Join with email, type your address and tap Send code. On the website, choose Create an account.

2. Type in the 6-digit code

   We email you a code. Type it in and tap Verify. The code works for 10 minutes.

3. Add your name and a password

   Use your full name, the one your neighbors know you by. Your password needs 8 characters or more. Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Community guidelines, then tap Continue.

4. Tell us a little about you

   Pick your gender, your date of birth and how Zinola should talk to you, Simple or Friendly. Then tap Create my account.

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Zinola. Your gender and date of birth are private and never shown on your profile.

Join with Google or Apple

You can also tap Continue with Google, in the app or on the website. On an iPhone, you can sign in with Apple too. The first time, we ask What's your full name? so neighbors see your real name. Then tap Continue.

If the email is already registered

You'll see You already have an account. Tap Log in to sign in instead, or use a different address. If you've forgotten the password, see Reset your password.
