The email code didn't arrive

When you join Zinola or add an email, we send a 6-digit code by email. It usually arrives within a minute. If it doesn't, here's what to try.

1. Check spam and other folders

   Look in spam, junk, promotions or updates. The email's subject is your code followed by is your Zinola code.

2. Check the address

   The code screen shows where we sent it. If there's a typo, tap Use a different address and type it again.

3. Wait 30 seconds, then resend

   Under Didn't get it?, the button counts down, Resend in 0:30. When it reaches zero, tap Resend the code.

4. Use the newest code

   Each new code replaces the last one. Type the code from the most recent email.

Code rules

• A code works for 10 minutes, and only once.
• You get 5 tries to type it in. After that, ask for a new code.
• If you see That code did not match. Try again., check each digit. A new code makes older ones stop working.

Still nothing?

• Work or school email? Some company and college mail systems block or delay outside emails. Try a personal address, such as Gmail.
• Inbox full? A full mailbox can't receive new mail.
• Slow connection? If you see We could not send the code. Try again., check your internet and try again.
• Use Google or Apple instead. Continue with Google, or the Apple button on an iPhone, doesn't need a code. See Create your Zinola account.
