Why are marketplace messages in my leads?
Buyers who message about a listing posted as your business arrive as leads. Reply from the Leads tab into their Zinola chat.

When your business sells something on the Zinola marketplace, every buyer who messages you about it becomes a lead. You answer them from the Leads tab, next to your other enquiries.
How to spot one
Marketplace leads show Marketplace as their channel, with the listing's photo and title under the buyer's name. Open one and the Marketplace listing card at the top takes you to the listing on zinola.in.
Each buyer has one conversation per listing. If they write again, it lands on the same lead.
Replying
Open the lead
Go to Leads and tap it.Write your reply
The line under the box says it goes into their marketplace chat on Zinola.Tap Send reply
The buyer gets a notification, and the reply shows in their chat.
When the chat is over
- Marked sorted on the listing card means the deal was marked done.
- The buyer ended this chat means they closed it. You can't send more replies. Only the buyer can restart it, from the listing on Zinola.
Where the listing comes from
Businesses don't post listings from Zinola for Business. You post them on zinola.in or in the Zinola app, choosing your business under Post as. See Sell on the marketplace as a business.
