Save a note on a lead
When a lead left no phone or email, what you write is saved as an internal note only your team can see.

Some leads arrive with no phone number and no email, so there's no way to send them a reply. What you write on one of those is saved on the lead as a note instead.
Open the lead
Go to Leads and tap it. The line under the reply box says the lead left no phone or email.Write the note
For example: “Came to the shop on Saturday, wants a quote for two ceiling fans.”Save it
On the website the button reads Save note. In the app, tap Send reply; it's saved as a note, as the line under the box says.
Who sees a note
Notes stay inside Zinola for Business. The customer never sees them. Everyone who runs the page can read them on the lead, marked Internal note — this lead left no phone or email on the website.
Notes on other leads
There's no separate notes box. On a lead that does have a phone, email or chat, anything you type in the reply box is sent to the customer. To keep track of where a lead is without messaging them, use its stage instead: Talking, Quoted, Won or Lost. See Lead stages.
