- In the business app
Updated
In the business app, three quick replies sit above the reply box on every lead. Tap one and a ready-made sentence appears in the box, so you can answer in seconds even while you're on a job.
| Quick reply | What it puts in the box |
|---|---|
| Acknowledge | “Thanks for getting in touch — we've got your enquiry and will come back to you shortly.” |
| Ask for details | “Happy to help. Could you tell us the area and roughly when you need this done?” |
| Quote coming | “We can do this. Sending you a price today — one of us will call to confirm the details first.” |

Good to know
- A quick reply only fills the box. Nothing is sent until you tap Send reply.
- You can't change the three texts or save your own yet. Edit the words each time instead.
- Quick replies are in the app only. On the website, type your reply in the box.
- They aren't WhatsApp templates, so they don't get round the 24-hour reply window.
