Open More › Channels
Find Leads from a spreadsheet under Import.Tap Choose a CSV
Pick the file from your phone.Check the result
It says how many were imported, and how many rows were skipped because they had no name or number.
How to lay out the file
The first row names the columns. Column order and capital letters don't matter.
| Column | Also accepted as |
|---|---|
| name | full name, customer |
| phone | mobile, number, contact |
| message | notes |
For example: name, phone, message then Sundar R,+919884421107,Rewiring quote.
- Each row needs at least a name or a phone number. Rows with neither are skipped.
- Any other column, such as “Area” or “Budget”, is kept on the lead as a labelled field.
After importing
Imported leads show Imported as their channel and start as New. Replying works as usual: by email or SMS if the row had those. See Reply to a lead.
