A lead is a customer who has reached out to your business. Every one lands in the Leads tab, whichever way it came in, so you answer them all from one place.
Where leads come from

Zinola page enquiries are always on, and you can't switch them off. Our team can also pass an enquiry on to you. It arrives the same way, as a Zinola page lead.
What a lead holds
Open a lead to see:
- the person's name, and the phone number or email they left;
- their message, plus anything else they filled in, such as a budget or a timeline;
- the conversation so far;
- its stage, from New through to Won or Lost.
Everyone who runs the page sees the same leads. Whoever replies first, the others can see it.
What a lead is not
Zinola doesn't take a cut of any job you win. A customer may ask more than one business, so a quick, clear answer matters.
