Sell on the marketplace as a business

Your business can sell or offer things on the Zinola marketplace. You post the listing on zinola.in or in the Zinola app, not in Zinola for Business, and choose your business under Post as. Buyers' messages then arrive in your business Leads.

1. Open the marketplace composer

   Sign in to zinola.in or the Zinola app with the account that runs your business, and start a new listing. See Sell something.

2. Fill in the listing

   Add photos, a headline, a description and the price, and choose who sees it.

3. Choose your business under Post as

   You'll see Myself and each business you run. Pick the business.

4. Publish

   The listing shows your business's name, and appears on your business page under its listings.

You can only post as a business you own or help run. Post as only appears when you create a listing, so choose carefully. You can't switch an existing listing between you and your business.

Best photo size

Listing cards are 4:3, so a landscape photo shows whole. The first photo is the cover. Put the item in the middle with a little space around it, in good light. More in Best photo sizes for your page.

Where buyer messages go

When a buyer enquires about a listing posted as your business, the conversation also becomes a lead in Zinola for Business, with Marketplace as its channel. Everyone on your team can see it and reply from the Leads tab. Replies go into the buyer's marketplace chat on Zinola.

Managing the listing

Edit, extend, mark sold out or close the listing where you posted it, on zinola.in or in the Zinola app. See Manage your listings.
