Find your way around the Leads tab
What the numbers at the top of the Leads tab mean, and how to filter enquiries by channel or date on the website and the app.
- In the business app
- On business.zinola.in
Updated
The Leads tab is your inbox for every enquiry. It shows how you're doing at the top, then a list of leads with the newest first.
The numbers at the top
- New (New · untouched on the website): leads nobody has replied to or moved yet.
- Talking (In conversation on the website): leads you're in touch with.
- Quoted: leads you've sent a price to.
- Won this month: jobs you've marked won this month.
- Median first reply: how long you usually take to send the first reply. Shorter is better.
Filter the list
- By channel: tap All channels, or a single channel such as Zinola page or WhatsApp. Each chip shows its count.
- By date: on the website, use Received to pick a date range. In the app, choose All time, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
If nothing matches, the app offers Clear filters.
Reading the list
Each row shows the person's name, the start of their message, the channel, the stage and how long ago it came in. New leads are highlighted. On the website, Awaiting reply marks a lead that is still waiting on you.
Tap a lead to open it. On the website it opens beside the list. In the app it opens on its own screen, with Call, WhatsApp and Email buttons when the person left those details. In the app, tap the phone number or email to copy it.
The list updates by itself while it's open, so a new lead appears without a refresh.
