Mentions and followers of your business

Neighbors can follow your business and mention it in their posts. You hear about both in your notifications, and you can see them on your public page on zinola.in.

Followers

When someone follows your business, you get a notification that they started following you. Followers see your new work, such as new photos and projects, in their updates.

To see who follows you, open your business page on zinola.in and tap the follower count. The list shows everyone who follows you. In the Zinola app, it's called Who follows them.

There's no followers list inside Zinola for Business, and you can't remove a follower.

Mentions

A neighbor can tag your business when they write a post or recommend you. When they do, you and your team get a notification. Tap it to open the post on zinola.in.

Your public page on zinola.in gathers these posts under On the street, where customers can read what neighbors said. The number of Street mentions shows on your page too.

There's no way to reply as your business in a neighbor's post. If you want to answer, reply from your own Zinola account, and say who you are.

Turn these notifications on or off

Follows and mentions belong to the Your listing group. Switch it on or off in Notification settings. They still show under the bell either way.
