How to remove or close your business page on Zinola, and what Taken down means if Zinola did it.

To take your business page off Zinola, email hello@zinola.in. You can't do it yourself in the app or on the website. We'd rather ask why first, in case it's something we can fix.
Before you call
Check whether one of these fits. There may be a quicker fix:
- The business has closed. Tell us, and we'll take the page down.
- Too many enquiries for now. Turn down notifications, or take a break from replying. A page can stay up while you're busy.
- A bad review. Taking the page down isn't the answer. See If a review seems unfair.
- Wrong details on the page. Edit the listing instead. Our team can help with the locked phone number.
See your page's status
On the website, open your business's Settings tab and look at Visibility. In the app, go to More › Visibility.

| Taken down | Zinola has taken it out of search. Call us and we'll go through it with you |

If Zinola took your page down
Sometimes our team takes a page out of search, for example after reports. It then shows Taken down. This isn't something you can undo in the app. Email hello@zinola.in and we'll explain what happened and what's needed.
