Find your business notifications and Activity

The bell collects everything that happens on your business pages: new leads, messages, reviews, follows, mentions and team news. In the app, the full list is called Activity.

On the website

The bell sits in the top bar. On Your business pages it covers all your pages. Inside a business, it shows only that business.

1. Tap the bell

   A number on it shows how many are unread.

2. Choose All or Unread

   Unread hides what you've already seen.

3. Tap a notification

   It's marked read and opens what it's about, such as the lead or the review.

• Mark all read clears the count.
• See all opens the full list, 30 at a time. Use ← Newer and Older → to page through.

In the app

Tap the bell at the top of Your pages, or in the header inside a business. You can also go to More › Notifications, which shows a count when something is unread.

The Activity screen groups notifications by business when you run more than one. Tap one to open it, or tap MARK ALL READ.

When the app is closed, new leads and reviews arrive as push notifications on your phone. Tapping one takes you straight there.

What shows up

• Enquiries: new leads, follow-up messages and marketplace enquiries.
• Reviews: new and edited reviews.
• Your listing: new followers, mentions, verification and changes made by Zinola.
• Team & account: invitations and their answers, claims and notices from Zinola.

Turning off a group in Notification settings stops the push alerts. The bell still keeps a record.
