Make sure the new owner has a Zinola account

Our team may ask you both a few questions, or for proof that the new owner runs the business.The page moves
The new owner sees it on their Your business pages.
What stays with the page
The listing, photos, reviews, ratings, followers and leads all stay with the business. The new owner picks up where you left off.
Managers aren't owners
Inviting someone as a manager doesn't hand the business over. Managers can answer leads and edit the page, but the owner keeps control of the team. If you only want help running the page, see Invite a manager instead.
If you're not the owner
If a business you run is listed under someone else, or you're taking over a shop whose old owner can't be reached, email hello@zinola.in too. We'll work through it with you.
