Choose which business alerts ring on your phone. There's one master switch, four groups, and an email option for when the app isn't installed.
The switches
Push notifications is the master switch for the app on your phone. Turn it off and nothing rings.
Under it, switch each group on or off. The app calls this section What rings.

Good to know
- Settings are yours, not the page's. Each person on the team chooses their own, and they apply to every page you run.
- A switched-off group still appears under the bell. You just aren't buzzed.
- Leads and reviews ring for everyone on the team who has the app and hasn't turned them off.
- If nothing rings at all, also check that your phone allows notifications from Zinola for Business.

Common questions
How do I turn off notifications in Zinola for Business?
Go to Account settings › Notifications on the website, or Account › Notification settings in the app. Turn off Push notifications, or just the groups you don't want.
Why am I not getting lead notifications on my phone?
Check that Push notifications and Enquiries are on in Notification settings, and that your phone allows notifications from the Zinola for Business app.
Do my notification settings affect my team?
No. Each person sets their own.
