“Could not reach Zinola”: what to do
What the connection errors mean, from Still no connection to Still not loading, and how to get Zinola loading again.

If you see Could not reach Zinola. Pull down to try again., the app couldn't talk to our servers. Most of the time it's the connection, and it fixes itself.
Pull down to try again
On the screen that failed, drag down from the top and let go. On some screens, tap Try again.Check your internet
Open another app or a website. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or turn flight mode on and off.Close and reopen Zinola
Swipe the app away, then open it again.Check for an update
An old version may stop working. See “Time to update”.
What the messages mean
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Still no connection | You tried again, but your phone is offline. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data. |
| Still not loading | Your phone is online, but Zinola didn't answer. Wait a minute and try again. |
| That took too long. Check your connection and try again. | The connection is slow. Try somewhere with a better signal. |
| Couldn't reach Zinola. Check your connection. | The request didn't get through. |
| Sign-in failed. Check your connection and try again. | You were signing in while offline. |

Common questions
Why does Zinola say could not reach Zinola?
The app could not connect to our servers, usually because of a weak or missing internet connection. Pull down to try again.
Is Zinola down right now?
If Zinola still does not load on a good connection after a few minutes, it may be on our side. Write to hello@zinola.in and we will look into it.
Does Zinola work offline?
No. You need an internet connection to load posts, chats and listings.
