Zinola connects WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger today. If customers reach you somewhere else, tell us. We use these requests to decide what to connect next.
Google Business Profile, on the website
Open the Channels tab
On business.zinola.in, open your business and choose Channels.Find Google Business Profile
It's marked Not built yet.Tap I want this
The button changes to We'll let you know.
Your request is counted for your business. Until it's built, keep answering Google calls and messages in Google's own app.

- If you have enquiries in a spreadsheet, or can export them from another site, you can bring them in now. See Import leads from a spreadsheet.
- For anything else, email hello@zinola.in and tell us what you use. A person replies, usually within one working day.
We can't promise when, or whether, a new channel will be added.

Common questions
Can I connect Google Business Profile to Zinola?
Not yet. On the business website, open Channels and tap I want this next to Google Business Profile so we know you need it.
How do I ask Zinola to support another channel?
Tap I want this on the website's Channels tab, or I use this in the app's Channels screen. You can also email hello@zinola.in.
Can I bring in leads from a channel Zinola doesn't support?
If you can export them as a CSV file, yes. Use the spreadsheet import.
