What's on a profile?
What a Zinola profile shows: followers, Helped, reviews, the Asked, Answered, Reviews and Listings tabs, and circles you share.

Every person on Zinola has a profile at zinola.in/u/ followed by their username. It shows what they've asked, how they've helped and the businesses they've reviewed, so you can get a sense of who someone is before you deal with them.
Open a profile
Tap a person's name or photo on a post, reply, review, listing or chat. In a circle, tapping a name first opens a quick card; tap View profile for the full page.Look at the numbers
The top shows Followers, Following, Helped and Reviews.Browse the tabs
Switch between what they've asked, answered, reviewed and listed.
The numbers
- Followers and Following open the lists. See Follow and unfollow people.
- Helped counts the replies that the person asking marked This helped. Tap it to jump to their answers. See “This helped” and “Say thanks”.
- Reviews counts the businesses they've reviewed.
The tabs
- Asked: questions and posts they've shared with the neighborhood.
- Answered: their replies to neighbors' questions.
- Reviews: their reviews of local businesses.
- Listings: shown when they have something on the marketplace.

- Circles you share: the circles you're both in. You need to be signed in to see it, and it doesn't show for a private account you don't follow.
- When they joined Zinola.
- Follow (or Follow back), Message and Share profile.
To see your own public profile on the website, choose Your public profile from the menu under your photo. Use Edit profile to change your name, photo or bio. See Edit your name, photo and bio.
Common questions
What does Helped mean on a Zinola profile?
It's the number of times someone's reply was marked This helped by the person who asked. It shows how often they've been useful to neighbors.
Can I see which circles I share with someone?
Yes. Sign in and open their profile to see Circles you share. It doesn't show for a private account you don't follow.
Can people outside Zinola see my profile?
Your profile and public posts can be seen by anyone with the link. Your follow lists are shown only to people signed in to Zinola.
