What can owners and managers do?
What a page's owner can do that a manager can't, and which changes go through Zinola's team by phone.

A business page on Zinola has one owner, and any number of managers the owner invites. Managers can do almost everything day to day. Only the owner decides who is on the team.

In the app, a manager sees VIEW ONLY beside Team in the More menu. On the website, the Team tab tells them “Only the owner of this listing can change who runs it.”
Things that go through Zinola
Some changes are made by our team, not by anyone in the app, because we check first:
- Handing the business to a new owner. See Hand your business to someone else.
- Taking the page down. See Take your page down.
- Changing the locked phone number. See Your phone and WhatsApp numbers.

Leaving a team
There's no leave button for managers. If you no longer help run a page, ask the owner to remove you. See Remove a manager or withdraw an invite.

What can a manager do on Zinola for Business?
A manager can answer leads and reviews, edit the listing and photos, run events and connect channels. Only the owner can change who is on the team.
Can a business have more than one owner on Zinola?
No. Each page has one owner. Everyone else is a manager.
How do I leave a business team on Zinola?
Ask the owner to remove you from the Team tab. Managers can't remove themselves.
