Invite someone to help run your page
Add staff or family as managers. Only the owner can invite, and they join once they accept from their own account.

Let the people who help you run the business answer leads and reviews and keep the page up to date. Only the page's owner can invite someone, and the person you invite decides whether to join.
Before you start, the person needs a Zinola account. If they don't have one, ask them to sign up on zinola.in first.
Open Team
On the website, open your business and choose the Team tab. In the app, go to More › Team.Enter their email
Type the email address of their Zinola account. On the website the box says Their Zinola email; in the app, look under Invite someone for Their email.Send the invite
Tap Invite on the website, or Send invitation in the app.Wait for them to accept
They're shown as · waiting on them to accept on the website, or INVITED in the app.
What they see
They get a notification, and the invite waits at the top of their Your business pages screen. They tap Accept to join, or No thanks (Decline in the app) to say no. You're told either way. See Accept an invitation to help run a page.
Once they accept, they show as ACTIVE in the app, and they start getting the page's lead and review notifications.
If the invite doesn't go through
- “Nobody uses Zinola with that address yet”: they need to sign up on zinola.in first, or you've typed a different email from the one on their account.
- “They already help run this listing” or “They've already been invited”: there's nothing more to do.
- “Only the owner of this listing can change its team”: you're a manager. Ask the owner to send the invite.
