Accept an invitation to help run a page
The owner asked you to manage their listing. Find the invite, accept or decline it, and see what a manager can do.

When the owner of a business adds you to their team, you're invited to help run its page as a manager. Nothing changes until you accept.
You need a Zinola account with the email the owner used. If you don't have one, create one on zinola.in with that email first.
Sign in to Zinola for Business
Use the account with the email the owner invited. We also send you a notification about the invite.Find the invitation
On the website it's at the top of Your business pages, as Help run followed by the business name. In the app, it's under Waiting on you.Accept or say no
Choose Accept to join. To turn it down, choose No thanks on the website, or Decline in the app.
Once you accept, the page appears on Your business pages and you can open it. The owner is told whether you accepted or declined.
What a manager can do
As a manager you can answer leads and reviews, and keep the listing, photos and events up to date. A few things stay with the owner, such as publishing a draft page and adding or removing team members. See What owners and managers can do.
