Forgot, set or change your password
Reset a forgotten password, set one if you joined with Google, or change it, all on business.zinola.in.

Your Zinola for Business password is your Zinola password: one account, one password. You reset, set or change it on the website, business.zinola.in.
If you forgot it
Choose Forgot it?
It's next to the Password field on the business.zinola.in sign-in page.Enter your email and choose Send the link
Use the email you registered with. You'll see Check your inbox.Open the link in the email
The link expires in an hour. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, or choose Try a different email.Choose a new password
Type a New password of at least 8 characters, type it again in Confirm password, then choose Save password.
Set a password if you joined with Google
If you signed up with Google, your account may not have a password yet. You need one to use the business app.
- Sign in on business.zinola.in with Continue with Google.
- Open Account settings. It's on Your business pages, and in the menu under your photo.
- Next to Password, choose Set a password, then type and confirm it, and choose Set password.
Change your password
Open Account settings › Change password. Enter your Current password, then the New password twice, and choose Change password.

Common questions
How long does the Zinola password reset link last?
It expires in an hour. If it has run out, ask for a new one with Forgot it? on the business.zinola.in sign-in page.
Is my Zinola for Business password different from my zinola.in password?
No. It's the same account, so changing the password in one place changes it for zinola.in, the Zinola app and the business app.
How long does my new password need to be?
At least 8 characters. A short phrase you'll remember is better than a single word.
Why can't I reset my password in the business app?
The app doesn't have a forgot-password link. Reset it on business.zinola.in, then sign in to the app with the new password.
