Remove a manager or withdraw an invite
Take someone off your business team, or cancel an invite they haven't accepted. Only the owner can.

The owner can take someone off the team at any time, or cancel an invite they haven't answered yet. Managers can't do this.
Remove a manager
Open Team
On the website, use the Team tab. In the app, go to More › Team.Find the person
Active managers are listed after the owner.Tap Remove
They're taken off straight away.
Withdraw an invite
If someone hasn't accepted yet, they show as · waiting on them to accept on the website, or INVITED in the app.
- On the website, tap Withdraw next to them.
- In the app, tap Remove next to them.
What happens next
- The person gets a notification saying they were removed, or that the invite was withdrawn.
- The page disappears from their Your business pages list, and they can no longer open it.
- Notifications they had about this page are cleared, and new leads and reviews stop reaching them.
- Leads, replies and edits they made stay on the page.

How do I remove someone from my business page on Zinola?
As the owner, open Team in Zinola for Business and tap Remove next to their name. They lose access straight away.
Is the person told when I remove them?
Yes. They get a notification that they were removed, or that the invite was withdrawn.
Are a removed manager's replies deleted?
No. Leads, replies and edits they made stay on the page.
