The shout-out is taken back quietly. The count drops by one and the megaphone goes back to normal.
What happens when you take it back
- The post, story or listing stops appearing on your followers' Home because of you.
- The writer isn't told you took it back.
- If you once added a comment with your shout-out, it stays as an ordinary reply, without its Shouted out badge. Delete it separately if you want it gone. See Add a comment to your shout-out.
- You keep following the post. To stop its notifications, see Follow a post or stop its notifications.
You can give it again later by tapping once more.
