Ask a customer for a review

Happy customers rarely think to leave a review, so ask them. On the business website you can make a private review link for one customer and send it on WhatsApp.

1. Open Reviews on the website

   Find the card Ask a customer for a review.

2. Add their details

   Type the Customer's name and their Mobile number. Both are optional; the number is only used to open WhatsApp.

3. Tap Make a link

   A new link appears with its buttons.

4. Send it

   Tap Send on WhatsApp to open a ready-written message to them, or Copy link to send it another way.

How the link works

• It can be used once, by the customer you send it to.
• It lasts 30 days.
• It opens a page that names your business and asks them to write a review.
• A review left through it is marked Verified on your page, because you confirmed they were your customer.

Keep track of your links

Below the form is a list of the links you've made. Each one shows Open, Used, Expired or Revoked. For an open link you can:

• Copy it again, if the customer lost the message;
• Revoke it, if you sent it to the wrong person.
