Get enquiries by email without the app

If the owner of a page hasn't installed the Zinola for Business app on any phone, Zinola can email them about new enquiries, messages and reviews instead, so nothing is missed.

Turn it on or off

1. Open Notification settings

   On the website: Account settings › Notifications. In the app: Account › Notification settings.

2. Find the email switch

   It's called Email me when the app isn't on my phone.

3. Switch it on or off

   It saves straight away.

When the emails come

You get an email only when all of these are true:

• you're the owner of the page;
• none of your phones has the Zinola for Business app signed in;
• the switch is on;
• your account has a real email address.

Each email is about one thing:

• New enquiry: someone asked about your business;
• New message: a customer wrote again on an enquiry;
• New review: with the star rating and what they wrote.

Each one has a button that opens the lead or the review on business.zinola.in.

Why owners only

Managers get alerts in the app. The email stands in for the app on the owner's phone, so it stops as soon as the owner installs the app and signs in. From then on, alerts arrive as push notifications instead.

Stop the emails

Tap Stop these emails at the bottom of any of these emails. It opens your settings, where you turn the switch off. Or install the app, and they stop by themselves.
