Add your address, pincode and GST number

Add your shop address and pincode, and an optional GST number that ticks an item on your listing health checklist.

  • In the business app
  • On business.zinola.in

Updated

Your address and pincode tell customers where you are. Your GST number is optional, and adding it ticks an item on your listing health checklist.

  1. Open the listing

On the website, go to Listing. In the app, go to More › Edit the listing and scroll to Address.
  2. Fill in the address

On the website, type it in Shop address. In the app, fill in Street, Area and City.
  3. Add your pincode

    Six digits, such as 600010.
  4. Add your GST number if you have one

Type it in GST number, then choose Save changes.

Working from home

If you don't have a shop and would rather not show your street, you can leave the address line empty. Customers find you through the areas you cover instead, so make sure those are set.

Your GST number

  • It's optional. You don't need GST to list or publish your business.
  • Adding it ticks GST certificate on file on the listing health checklist.
  • A GST certificate is also one of the proofs we accept when you claim your listing.

Common questions

Do I need a GST number to list my business on Zinola?
No. GST is optional. Many home-based and small businesses list without one, and it isn't needed to publish your page.
How do I tick “GST certificate on file” on Zinola?
Add your GST number on the Listing tab and choose Save changes. The checklist item ticks once a GST number is on the listing.
Can I hide my address if I work from home?
Yes. Leave the address line empty and set the areas you cover, so customers nearby can still find you.
