What's on the listing health checklist?
The eight checklist items, what ticks each one, and the four you need before a draft page can be published.

Listing health is a checklist of the things that make a business page useful to customers. The percentage is how many of the eight items are done. It's on the Overview tab, and the same percentage shows as Listing completeness on Your business pages.
The eight items

Open Overview
On the website, the checklist is on the right. In the app, scroll to Listing health.Find the next missing item
Ticked items have a ✓. Empty circles are still to do.Fill it in
Most items live on the Listing tab, and photos on the Photos tab. In the app, tap Edit the listing, or go to More › Photos.
You don't need 100% to go live. A draft can be published once the four items marked “Yes” are done. See Publish your page.

Common questions
Do I need 100% listing health to publish my Zinola page?
No. You need a description, at least 3 photos, a service with a price and the areas you cover. The other items help customers, but they don't hold back publishing.
Why can't I tick “Number verified” myself?
Our team does that check. We call the number on your listing, so there's nothing for you to fill in.
How do I tick “GST certificate on file”?
Add your GST number on the Listing tab and save. The item ticks once a GST number is on the listing.
